Take cotised out of line and make it its own feature set. Either an ordinary is cotised or it's not (and we won't worry about the bumpityness of the cotises, nor their tincture).
Or perhaps a new category COTISES which takes a group (secondary/debruising/tertiary only), a count (usually 1), a tincture, and a line.
