Take cotised out of line and make it its own feature set. Either an ordinary is cotised or it's not (and we won't worry about the bumpityness of the cotises, nor their tincture).
Or perhaps a new category COTISES which takes a group (secondary/debruising/tertiary only), a count (usually 1), a tincture, and a line.
Add features and category to mike.cat; add heading to aux/old_new.desc
Insert into database
Add features and category to my.cat in diverse places, also update temp.cat and tprint.cat
