Names

Each discrete name has an entry. "West, Kingdom of the" and "Kingdom of the West" count as separate entries, although one will be linked to the other via the base_form attribute.

takes_definite_article is boolean, indicating if the name is normally used as "the X" or "X". For example, "Fred Belitnikoff" would not take the definite article, while "Order of the Purple Kumquat" would.

base_form is null or an id. For the example of West Kingdom, "Kingdom of the West" would be the "base" form -- the form in normal order, as opposed to "last name first..."
